Contact the team
For shipment questions, website concerns or privacy requests, email hi@southafricaddp.com or use the WhatsApp link on this website. Describe the question and include an existing shipment reference when relevant. Leave unnecessary identity or payment documents out of an initial message.
Before sending goods
A published company address is not an instruction to deliver cargo. Obtain cargo acceptance, the receiving reference and the agreed receiving arrangements from the team before dispatching goods to a warehouse.
Website and shipment information
The pages explain service options and shipment preparation. An enquiry does not reserve capacity, approve goods or book transport. Confirm the contracting party, goods, destination, work, costs and responsibilities in the written shipment agreement.
