Operator and scope
JETON EXPRESS SERVICE LIMITED operates South Africa DDP under the Jeton Express brand. These terms cover the public website. A written shipment agreement, transport documents and mandatory law govern the actual service where applicable.
An enquiry starts a discussion
Reading a page or opening WhatsApp or an email draft does not send an order or book a shipment. Review and send your own message. Work begins only under the arrangement confirmed with the team; agree the service provider, goods acceptance, route, scope, prices and responsibilities first.
Cargo details and acceptance
Provide accurate descriptions, quantity, value, outer packed dimensions, gross weight and destination. Identify batteries, liquids, regulated goods and special handling before dispatch. Availability and acceptance depend on the actual commodity, documents, route and carrier. Agree warehouse receiving instructions before sending goods.
DDP, charges and timing
A DDP proposal must name the destination and confirm import-clearance responsibilities, duties and taxes, required documents and any exclusions. A general door-to-door description does not establish those terms. Rates, chargeable weight or volume, currency, quotation validity, storage, access and unloading charges require shipment-specific confirmation. Published comparisons are planning guidance; transit estimates are not a guaranteed arrival date unless expressly agreed.
Changes, insurance and claims
Confirm the effect of a change or cancellation before giving new instructions. Insurance is not automatically included. Report a shipment problem promptly through the agreed contact, with references, photographs and receiving evidence where available. Applicable claim deadlines, liability, insurance, refunds and dispute procedures depend on the service agreement, transport documents and mandatory law; this website does not set a universal compensation limit or exclusive court.
Responsible use and external services
Do not interfere with website security, misuse its content or send unlawful material. General customs and cargo guidance does not replace a decision by the competent authority or a qualified professional. Linked websites and communication services apply their own terms. Send questions about these terms to hi@southafricaddp.com. Updated 27 October 2026.
